Caramilk Protein Slice

Ingredients | For Slice

  • 250g Caramilk Chocolate
  • 1 Cup of Rice Bubbles
  • 1 Scoop of 3PP Lean Protein Powder (Vanilla Ice Cream)

Ingredients | For Topping

  • 45g Caramilk Chocolate
  • 45g of Biscoff Spread
  • 25g of low fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese


  1. Melt the 250g of Caramilk Chocolate.
  2. Combine in a bowl with Protein and Rice Bubbles.
  3. Place mixture into a tray and flatten.
  4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and begin making the Topping.
  5. Add Biscoff Spread and Caramilk Chocolate into a bowl and melt.
  6. Add Philadelphia Cream Cheese and mix.
  7. Spread the topping on the slice.
  8. Add crushed up Lotus biscuits on top (optional)
  9. Divide into 12 pieces and enjoy!
