Ingredients | For Bars

  • 120g of Quick Oats
  • 200g of Coles High-Protein Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 scoop of 3PP Lean Protein (Chocolate Milk)
  • 50g of Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp of Baking Powder
  • 8g of Smooth Peanut Butter or 1 serving of Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 100ml of Almond Milk
  • 30ml of Sugar-free Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Add all the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine (oats, protein, cocoa powder & baking powder)
  2. Add the high protein yoghurt, almond milk and maple syrup and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour into a well greased baking/brownie pan.
  4. Melt peanut butter in the microwave and drizzle over the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees.
  6. Once baked leave to cool.
  7. Once cooled cut into 10-12 pieces.

SIDE NOTE: These were a really good texture but not super sweet so stick to the recipe if you aren't a massive sweet tooth! But, if you prefer some extra sweetness add in some more maple syrup, choc chips or even a touch of Nutella on top!
