Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients | For Bars

  • 1 cup of Ground Oats
  • 1 cup of Almond Meal
  • 4 scoops of 3PP Lean Protein (Chocolate Milk)
  • 80g of Peanut Butter
  • 60g of Chocolate Chips
  • 80ml of Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp of Sugar-free Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp of Melted Nuttelex

Ingredients | For Topping

  • 60g of Melted Choc Chips

Method

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl as well as the peanut butter and choc chips.
  2. Begin to add in half of the almond milk, maple syrup and nuttelex. Begin mixing with your hands.
  3. Continue mixing until all ingredients come together. Add remaining wet ingredients if you think they are needed. Mix until you reach a firm consistency.
  4. Press mixture into a small, lined baking tray. Approx 1-2cm deep depending on how thick you want your bars to be.
  5. Melt chocolate chips for the topping and evenly spread over the top of the protein bar base.
  6. Place into the fridge to set for one hour.
  7. Remove from the fridge can cut into 12-14 even pieces and store in the fridge for up to a week!
