Oreo Protein Pancakes

Imagine biting into a stack of fluffy chocolate pancakes, perfectly balanced with a creamy vanilla layer and a crunch of crushed Oreos on top. The combination of chocolate protein powder and black cocoa creates a rich, decadent flavour that will leave you feeling indulged, yet energised for the day ahead. Ingredients | Batter

  • 50g of Plain Flour
  • 5g of Black Cocoa
  • 1 scoop of 3PP Lean Protein (Chocolate)
  • 3g of Baking Powder
  • 3g of Bi-Carb Soda
  • 1 Egg
  • 70ml of Almond Milk

Ingredients | Creme Layer

Ingredients | Topping

  • 1 Packet of Mini Oreos (Crushed)


  1. Add Flour, Chocolate Protein Powder, Cocoa, Baking Powder and Bi-Carb Soda into a mixing bowl and whisk.
  2. Add Almond Milk and Egg, stir until combined.
  3. Pour 1/4 Cup into a pre-headed non-stick frying pan.
  4. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side.
  5. Once all mixture has been cooked begin to assemble your stack.
  6. In a seperate bowl combine the Yoghurt and Vanilla Protein Powder.
  7. Evenly layer in between each pancake and begin to stack them up.
  8. Sprinkle the crushed Oreos over the top and enjoy.
