Overnight Vanilla Berry Weet-bix

Looking for a breakfast or snack that's both healthy and delicious? Look no further! This overnight recipe consists of a delicious Weet-bix base, creamy yogurt-protein layer, and juicy mixed berries on top... trust us, this recipe is a real crowd-pleaser. Not only is it super easy to prepare, but it's also packed with 24g of protein per serving, which makes it a great way to start your day or refuel after a workout.


  • 4 Weet-bix
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of Water
  • 1/2 a scoop of 3PP Lean Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream)
  • 15ml of Sugar-free Maple Syrup
  • 100g of Light Greek Yoghurt
  • 100g of Frozen (or Fresh) Mixed Berries


  1. Crush the Weet-bix in a bowl and add water as well as the sugar free maple syrup. Stir to combine.
  2. In a seperate bowl combine the yoghurt and protein powder. Evenly spread the mixture onto the Weet-bix so it is completely covered.
  3. Spread the berries on top.
  4. Place in the fridge to set for a couple of hours or leave overnight.
  • You can easily vary the amounts to adjust the calories and macros.
