Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Imagine biting into a fluffy stack of pancakes, infused with the rich, creamy flavour of vanilla ice cream. The batter is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness, thanks to the addition of sugar-free maple syrup, making each bite feel like a guilt-free indulgence. And with the addition of fresh berries on top, you can enjoy a burst of tangy, juicy flavour that perfectly complements the sweetness of the pancakes.


Ingredients | Batter

  • 50g of Plain Flour
  • 5g of Black Cocoa
  • 1 scoop of 3PP Lean Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream)
  • 3g of Baking Powder
  • 3g of Bi-Carb Soda
  • 1 Egg
  • 70ml of Almond Milk
  • 20ml of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

Ingredients | Topping

  • 1 cup of Fresh Berries
  • 20ml of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup


  1. Add Flour, Protein Powder, Baking Powder and Bi-Carb Soda into a mixing bowl and whisk.
  2. Add Almond Milk, Suger-Free Maple Syrup and Egg, stir until combined.
  3. Pour 1/4 Cup into a pre-headed non-stick frying pan.
  4. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side.
  5. Once all mixture has been cooked begin to assemble your stack.
  6. Top with Fresh Berries and Sugar-Free Maple Syrup.
  7. Enjoy.
