Do you feel nervous about attending on your own or starting something new?

It can be scary to show up for your first session, but trust us when we say you'll soon feel at ease. Even if you come alone, you won't feel out of place since everyone here is kind and welcoming.

Is this your first time attending a group fitness session?

We understand how you feel because everyone, including our coaches, was once a learner. Get the most out of every session with the help of our experienced coaches, who will put you at ease and make sure you know all you need to know.

How many people in a session?

How many people are in a session will largely depend on what time of day you go.

The 9:30am and 6:30pm sessions are our quietest sessions, with about 4-10 members attending. These sessions allow our coaches to devote more time to each participant because of the intimate setting.

Whereas the 6:30am session often has 25-35 regulars and tends to be more sociable and have a lot more energy!

What type of training sessions will you be doing?

We offer strength-based sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (goal is to build strength, get leaner and fitter), and cardio-based sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (increase your overall fitness and tone up).

We provide a tailored approach to your training by establishing the right level of difficulty to get the best results for you is.

We also have a heavy emphasis on correcting your technique to avoid injury. Only with a busy lifestyle the last thing you want is to get injured.

Any training program can make you exhausted, but only a few programs get you real results.
